Every year on Martin Luther King Jr. Weekend, hundreds of players travel to Las Vegas to compete in what is widely known in the dodgeball community as the best and most fun tournament of the year. With women’s, coed no-sting™ and an ALL QUEER REMIX DIVISION, there are over a hundred teams coming to play hard and party harder, including teams from Canada, England Australia, and Denmark all making appearances!

Each division has different requirements, with women’s and coed no-sting allowing for a maximum of 4 straight players per team and for the QUEER REMIX DIVISION, only LGBTQ+ identifying players will be allowed. Requirements like this have allowed for WeHo Dodgeball to develop a more inclusive player set, create space for LGBTQ+ athletes to flourish and to promote an environment that allows people to meet and play with new friends from across the globe.

• Teams must have 5 people on their team registered and paid to hold their team spot. Event is first come, first serve.

Sin City Division Requirements FAQ:

Mixed-Gender No-sting™ Division: Up to 8 players on the court. All gender identities welcome in the Mixed division but a minimum of two women are required on the court at all times. No Roster limits

Trans and non-binary athletes have always been welcomed in all Sin City Dodgeball divisions: Women’s, Mixed-Gender, and the Queer Remix. Our Women’s and Mixed Gender Divisions welcomes any players who identify as women. Gender identity and expression are complex and we do not attempt to define what a woman is. Trans women are women and are included implicitly. Many trans women have proudly played with us over the years. Players who identify as both women and non-binary are also included; the only question for determining eligibility within the division is whether the player identifies as a woman. Only you can tell us how you feel the most comfortable identifying. Sin City Dodgeball uses three distinct divisions to accommodate all attendees while creating and protecting dedicated spaces for diverse underrepresented communities.

Sin City Registration FAQ:

Q:  How do I secure my team spot?
A: You must have a minimum of 5 players registered for your team in order to secure a team spot. All team spots are first come, first serve. You MUST have all 5 registered fully before we sell out. In order to keep your team spot you must have at least 8 players registered by November 1st, 2026.
* Remember that ALL team rosters need to be approved by admin as well as meet requirements set forth in each division. If you register a team that does not meet these requirements or is not approved, you will not secure a team spot. 

Q: Can I register my whole team?
A: No, each player must register themselves individually. Every player must sign their own waivers and code of conduct.

Q: I don’t have a team? Can I join as a free agent?
A: You cannot join as a free agent, however you are encouraged to post in the event page to try and find a team. Many many teams need players to fill out their rosters and the event page is the best way to reach out and let them know you are interested. You can find the event page here: 

Q: Who is considered a WDBF international Player?
A: Anyone who has participated in the WDBF world championships or has been part of the Team USA training squad in the past 5 years is considered a “WDBF international player”

Q: How can I know if my roster is approved?
A: This is a recreational tournament, in the spirit of fairness we have the right to deny any roster that appears too “stacked”. Submit your roster to info@wehododgeball.com and our admin team will review, discuss and get back to you asap. 

Q: Where is everyone staying?
A: Our host hotel has changed this year! We will be at the Horseshoe Las Vegas. There are discounted rooms available at a few Ceasar’s properties but the majority of the attendees will be at the Horseshoe. Book your room through: www.sincityclassic.org/hotels 
All rooms are refundable. The hotel rooms sell out EVERY YEAR so book early!

Q: I don’t have a team, can I still come?
A: Yes! You can come and party with us all weekend! Additionally we are always hiring staff for the event. Referees will receive pay and have options for discounted or free hotel rooms. Contact Jake@wehododgeball.com if you’d like more information.

Q: What if I signed up for the wrong team?

Q: How do I communicate with WeHo Dodgeball if I have any questions or roster requests?
A: Email info@wehododgeball.com with all questions. DO NOT DM OR TEXT our staff, league managers or admins. 

Q: I registered but cannot make it, how long do I have to cancel my registration? Can i get a refund? Can I transfer my registration to someone else?
A: You have until November 1st, 2026, to cancel your registration and receive a full refund (minus processing fees) After November 1st, unfortunately, we will not be able to refund your registration, no matter what the reason is. 

Each player must handle their own registration, sign their own waivers, and be individually insured by WeHo Dodgeball and the Sin City Classic. Because of this, registrations are non-transferable. We cannot make any exceptions to this rule.
